Vintage Vox Berkeley

The Vox Berkeley amplifier took three years to obtain. It was worth every attempt. Man this amp sounds so good that I have never heard anything like it.

I like the treble cranked, bass set on 1/3, a slight reverb, speed and depth ... you're sent back in time playing "I Want to Hold Your Hand". Despite the size of this amp, I even took it with me on a camping trip in the White Mountains.

This amplifier was made around 1964-65 and was first introduced as a tube model, as this one is. Later they switched over to solid state.
