Penco A16 and Penco E20N

I have always loved the Penco brand. High quality and low cost is a pretty good plus.

I had a chance to purchase a Martin D-28 but did a blind test with this Penco A-16. I could not tell the difference, so with the extra money I saved, I was able to purchase my Rickenbacker and Stratocaster. I still think I made a good choice.

I have never played or heard another folk guitar with as good a clear loud tone.

Several years ago I was lucky enough to find another Penco guitar. It's a lawsuit Gibson 335 electric guitar. Excellent construction. The quality of these guitars is so good. This is a Penco E20N. Just look at that wood.
